Bacon ranch chicken wraps are made with precooked chicken, bacon, ranch dressing and cheese, while Cesar chicken wraps are made with precooked chicken, bacon, lettuce, croutons and Cesar dressing. Basic chicken wraps can be made with any sauce, fresh or cooked vegetables and precooked chicken.
To make ranch chicken wraps, mix 3 cups of cooked chicken, 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, 8 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions and 1 cup of ranch dressing. Mix to combine the ingredients. To assemble the wrap, warm 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture for 30 seconds in the microwave, spoon the mixture onto a tortilla, top with shredded romaine lettuce and fold the tortilla securely before serving.
To make Cesar chicken wraps, mix 2 cups of cooked chicken, 3 cups of shredded romaine lettuce, 4 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon, 1/4 cup of croutons and 1/2 cup of Cesar dressing in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into tortillas, fold the tortilla securely and serve.
To make a basic chicken wrap, spread 2 tablespoons of spreadable cheese on a warmed tortilla. Add precooked chicken, such as rotisserie chicken or chicken cold cuts, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots and lettuce to the wrap. Fold the tortilla before serving.
