Ingredients: (Please note that all measurements are standard)
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 melted butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4, 8-ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325-degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter until well mixed. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 2: Using a mixer, blend together the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs, 1 egg at a time until each is just blended. Add over the crust.
Step 3: Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and loosen the cake from the rim of the pan. Allow the cake to cool. Once cooled, remove the rim of the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
