- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounce can of whole oysters
- 2 2/3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- Melt butter
- Add vegetables and cook
- Drain and chop oysters
- Add remaining ingredients, boil and let sit
