Combine 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast dissolved with 1 teaspoon of sugar in 3/4 cup of warm water with 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Combine the yeast mixture with the flour mixture, and add 1 teaspoon of nigella seeds and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds. Cover the dough, and allow it to rest for two to four hours before rolling it out and frying it.
