Prepare the Pineapple Mint Punch by boiling 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to create simple syrup. Add 3 quarts pineapple juice, 1 liter gin, 1 liter club soda and 1 cup lime juice to the cooled syrup. Mix in 1 cup fresh mint leaves, and serve the punch over ice.
Prepare the Cranberry-Key Lime Punch by boiling 2 cups fresh cranberries and 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water. Remove from heat after approximately eight minutes, or when the cranberries begin popping. Pour the liquid through a wire strainer to remove the solids, and allow it to cool for an hour. Add 5 to 6 cups club soda and 1/2 cup Key lime juice. For an adult punch, add 1 cup vodka. Serve the punch over ice, garnishing it with more fresh cranberries and Key lime slices.
Prepare the Apple Cranberry Punch by mixing 1 quart apple cider with 1 cup cranberry juice and the juice of half a lemon. Add 2 cups of ginger ale, mix, and serve the punch over ice.Learn more about Beverages
