A selection of easy Pillsbury Grands biscuits recipes are available at the Pillsbury website. They include Grands Monkey Bread and Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars. Grands Monkey Bread makes use of flaky layers refrigerated biscuits and combines them with sugar, cinnamon, butter or margarine and optional walnuts and raisins before baking in a tube pan.
Grands Monkey Bread is a moist cinnamon and caramel cake best served warm. It uses only seven ingredients and yields 12 servings. Combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a large food bag. Separate the biscuit dough into 16 pieces, cut into quarters and add to the bag. Shake to coat with the sugar and cinnamon, and place the dough pieces in the tube pan. Mix the brown sugar with the melted butter and add to the tube pan. Bake at 350 F for around 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a plate to serve warm.
To make the Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars, place the biscuits on the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and spread over the biscuits. Place another layer of the biscuit dough on and then top with melted butter before baking at 350 for 30 minutes.
