There are several easy Pampered Chef recipes, including smoky barbecue chicken bites, savory cheese Crostini, Chipotle dip, crispy oven-fried vegetables and honey mustard dip. You can serve many of these recipes as appetizers or sides for other popular Pampered Chef recipes. However, some do require premade ingredients to decrease difficulty.
To make the recipe for smoky barbecue chicken bites, combine 1 pound of diced, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 3 tablespoons of Pampered Chef Smoky Barbecue Rub in a Ziploc bag. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a frying pan on medium heat. Once it begins to shimmer, toss the chicken into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes or until the chicken is brown. Serve the chicken bites on a platter with toothpicks for a quick appetizer.
To create the Pampered Chef honey mustard dip, whisk together 1 cup of reduced-fat sour cream, 1/2 cup of reduced-fat mayonnaise, 1/3 cup of ground mustard and 2 tablespoons of honey. Cover the dip with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for at least an hour to allow the flavors to marry. Stir and serve the dip alongside an assortment of chopped vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, celery, broccoli and cauliflower.
