A simple recipe for Jiffy cornbread is to combine two boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix with two eggs and 2/3 of a cup of milk. Then, add a can of creamed corn and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Jiffy Mix website offers several cornbread recipes with different variations. To bake plain Jiffy corn muffins, simply combine the mix with an egg and 1/3 of a cup of milk.
To make "Dilly Corn Bread," add 1 teaspoon dill weed and 1/2 a teaspoon poppy seed to the regular mix, and pour into a greased 8-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
