Easy homemade pizza recipes include Kraft's and McCormick's versions of the dish. McCormick's homemade pizza is made using a prepared pizza crust, whereas Kraft's recipe uses a tortilla instead of pizza dough.
To make Kraft's homemade pizza, place a 10-inch flour tortilla on a baking sheet and brush it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Top the tortilla with 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, 1 thinly sliced tomato, 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for eight to ten minutes. To serve, sprinkle with 4 thinly sliced basil leaves.
To make McCormick's homemade pizza, place 1 12-inch prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet and mix 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese in a bowl. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the crust. Next, mix 3/4 cup of sliced zucchini, 3/4 cup red bell pepper strips, 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper in a bowl.
Spread the vegetable mixture over the crust and top with the remaining cheese and 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for eight to ten minutes, cut into slices and serve.
