Two easy grilled vegetable recipes include grilling them directly on the grill and building a kabob. To grill them without a kabob, cut them into chunks or slices, toss in olive oil, and grill until done.
When directly grilling vegetables, include some seasonings in the olive oil when tossing, such as a seasoning blend, salt and pepper, or garlic.
For a kabob, cut the vegetables into chunks and slide them onto a metal or wood skewer in an alternating pattern. Brush the kabob with seasoning, such as a favorite salad dressing, and grill on all sides. When using wooden skewers, soak them in water before use to prevent burn and char.
