Gordon Ramsey's recipe for slow-cooked tomatoes takes under 10 minutes to prepare. Chef Gordon Ramsey also makes a Mediterranean salmon fillet that takes only 20 minutes to prepare.
To make slow-cooked tomatoes, cut six vine tomatoes in half. With the cut side up, place the tomatoes in a roasting pan. Peel two garlic cloves, and slice them thinly. Place a sliver of garlic on each tomato half, and add a small sprig of rosemary to each. Sprinkle sherry vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the tomatoes. Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for up to three hours.
For the salmon, lay a salmon fillet flat with the skin down. Use an apple corer to make three rows of holes, six in each row. Do not cut through the skin.
Cut five marinated sun-dried tomatoes in half. Place one slice of tomato with one pitted black olive on a basil leaf, and roll into a tight ball. Plug the ball into a hole in the salmon. Repeat the process to plug all 18 holes.
Lay foil in a roasting pan, and grease it with olive oil. Place the salmon on the foil, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Let the salmon cool before serving.
