To make hot dog casserole, wrap five hot dogs in tortillas, place the tortilla-wrapped hot dogs in a casserole dish, and add two 15-ounce cans of chili sauce and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the casserole. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make a breakfast casserole, cook two 12-ounce packages of sausage, one chopped bell pepper and one diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. In a casserole dish, combine the sausage mixture with 3 cups of frozen hash browns and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of baking mix, 1 cup of milk and four eggs, and pour the mixture over the sausage. Bake the casserole for 40 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, top with an additional 1/2 cup of cheese, and bake until the cheese is melted.
To make corn casserole, mix one can of corn, one package of corn muffin mix, 1 cup of sour cream and half of a stick of melted butter. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, and bake the casserole at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole, and bake it for an additional five to 10 minutes.
