To make easy ranch pork chops spray a 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle 4 bone-in pork loin chops on both sides with a 1-ounce package of ranch dressing mix. Place pork chops in slow cooker, pour 1 18-ounce can creamy mushroom soup over chops, cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours. Remove pork chops to a platter and cover. In a small bowl, stir 2 tablespoons water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch until well blended and stir into remaining mushroom sauce. Cook on low setting 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve over pork chops.
