Bobby Flay's Creamy Coleslaw is made from shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, sour cream, mayonnaise, Spanish onion, sugar, celery salt, dry mustard, salt, ground pepper and white vinegar. Mix the cabbage and carrots together. Whisk the rest of the ingredients together and add to the cabbage mixture. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
Martha Stewart's recipe can be made with coleslaw mix or by shredded together cabbage and carrots. The cabbage mixture is then tossed with celery seed, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, salt and ground pepper until combined.
Rachael Ray uses both red and green cabbage, plus radishes, to add color to her coleslaw recipe. Ingredients such as oil and mustard are used in place of mayonnaise. Slice the radishes and shred the red and green cabbage. Whisk together relish, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, chopped fresh dill, salt and ground pepper until combined. While whisking, stream in canola or vegetable oil. Add the cabbage mixture to the bowl and toss until evenly combined together.
