- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 32 ounces Progresso reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 16.3 ounces Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)

Heat the broth, chicken, cream of chicken soup and poultry seasoning in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Place the lid on the Dutch oven and set the heat on simmer, while stirring from time to time for about 5 minutes. Bring the heat back up to medium-high to bring to a low boil.
Lightly flour a surface and then pat or roll the buttermilk biscuits to a thickness of 1/8-inch and then cut into 1/2-inch wide strips.
Drop the buttermilk biscuit strips into the boiling chicken mix one by one and then add the carrots and celery. Set the heat to low and cover. Let it simmer for around 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep the dumplings from sticking.
