- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushroom, fresh
- 2 cups sliced green beans
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French-fried onion rings
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- Pinch of House seasoning
- Preheat oven
- Saute onions and mushrooms
- Cook green beans
- Combine and bake ingredients
- Add cheese and finish in oven
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Cook the onions and mushrooms in melted butter inside of a skillet.
Boil the green beans in the chicken broth for 10 minutes, and drain the broth.
Pour the green beans, soup, onion rings, and seasoning into the onion and mushroom mixture. Stir it together and place it in baking dish to cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the casserole and cook it for 10 minutes.
