- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups water
- 4 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- Make the beef broth
- Cook over medium heat
- Add the beef broth
In a microwave-safe container, heat the water and bouillon in the microwave 1 minute or until it is steaming hot.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in the flour and onion powder. Cook 1 minute to cook out the flour-y taste.
