To make the blueberry crown cheesecake, mix 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers with 3 tablespoons each of sugar and butter. Pack the mixture onto the bottom of a silver 9-inch springform pan. Use an electric mixer to blend 40 ounces of cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and the zest from 1 lemon. Incorporate 1 cup of sour cream, and mix in 4 eggs, one at a time. Transfer the batter into the pan, and arrange 2 cups of blueberries on top. Bake the cheesecake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 80 minutes or until the center is slightly set.
