French apple cobbler combines a streusel topping with ice cream. To make the cobbler, cut 4 to 6 peeled apples into thin slices, and layer on the bottom of a baking dish. In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup of Bisquick mix, 1 cup of granulated sugar and 3/4 cup of milk. Season with 1 1/4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Pour the batter of the apples.
