Some of the easiest recipes to make in a Stone Wave cooker include poached eggs, baked banana dessert and green beans almondine. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare these recipes with a Stone Wave cooker because the cooker allows steam to escape and heats food evenly.
To make a poached egg, place 1/4 teaspoon of water in the cooker. Crack an egg into the cooker, and add salt and pepper to taste. Place the lid on the cooker, and microwave for 20 seconds. Wait 20 seconds for the egg to set, and microwave for another 20 seconds. Serve.
To make the baked banana dessert, add 1 teaspoon of rum, 1/2 teaspoon of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of sliced almonds, and 1 peeled and sliced banana to the cooker. Mix the ingredients well, place the lid on the cooker, and microwave for 30 seconds. Add various toppings, and serve.
To make the green beans almondine, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds to the cooker. Add the green beans next, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the lid on the cooker, and microwave for 1-1/2 minutes. Squeeze a lemon wedge on top, and mix well.
