An easy microwave fudge recipe calls for combining 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 14-ounce can condensed milk and 4 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in one-minute increments until the chips melt, and then stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Spread the fudge into an 8-inch by 8-inch pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate for two hours prior to cutting the fudge into 1-inch squares.
Make easy peanut butter fudge by microwaving a 16-ounce can of vanilla frosting for 60 seconds or until melted in its container with the foil lining and lid removed. Empty an 18-ounce jar of peanut butter into a bowl, and pour in the melted frosted. Mix well, and pour into a 13-inch by 9-inch pan. Allow to set before serving.
