To make two semifreddo bellinis, combine 1 cup of frozen chopped peaches and 1 cup of small ice cubes with 1/4 cup of peach schnapps, 2 tablespoons of champagne and 2 tablespoons of superfine sugar in a blender. Blend the mixture until smooth, pour it into glasses, and top each drink with 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of champagne.
The pomegranate royale only requires three ingredients and is made directly in the glass for an easy, no-mess brunch cocktail. Place 5 pomegranate seeds in a wine glass, add 1 ounce of pomegranate liquor, top with 4 ounces of chilled champagne, and serve.
For a champagne drink with a fresh citrus flavor, combine the juice of 2 Ruby Red grapefruits, measuring about 3/4 of a cup, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Let the mixture rest for five minutes, and strain the syrup into a small bowl. Measure 2 tablespoons of syrup into 4 6-ounce champagne flutes, fill them with 2/3 cup of chilled champagne, and garnish the flutes with fruit peels.Learn more about Liquor & Cocktails
