- 1 cup Quaker Quick Grits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cook the quick grits by pouring them into boiling water and turning the temperature down to a simmer.
