To make Taste of Home's Gluten-Free Kahlua Dessert, combine 1 cup crushed gluten-free cornflakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate the pan for 10 minutes.
While the cornflake mixture cools, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water in a saucepan. Let stand for one minute, and then heat over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves, and remove from heat.
Beat 12 ounces cream cheese with 2 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add 2/3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup Kahlua and the gelatin mixture, and stir until blended. Fold in 2 cups of fat-free whipped topping, and then pour mixture over the crust. Cover and refrigerate for four hours or until firm. Drizzle the dessert with 2 ounces melted dark chocolate and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.Learn more about Liquor & Cocktails
