To make penguin carvings, peel some carrots, and cut them into small circles. Mix processed cheese with salt, spices and greens. Cut a small triangle from one circle to make the beak of the penguin, and use the remaining circle to make the legs of the penguin. Make a hole along a large olive, and fill the space with cheese. Fasten the olive to the carrot legs using a toothpick. In the middle of a small olive, make a small hole, and insert the carrot beak into the hole. Place the small olive on the toothpick to conclude the preparation, then repeat as desired, and serve.
