Food.com features two great Chili's copycat recipes: copycat Chili's black beans and copycat Chili's boneless Buffalo wings. The recipe for Chili's black beans takes only a minute to prepare, whereas the boneless Buffalo wings require about 30 minutes of preparation.
To make copycat Chili's black beans, add 2 15-ounce cans of black beans to a saucepan and season with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Allow the beans to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve as a side dish.
To prepare Chili's boneless Buffalo wings, first preheat 4 to 6 cups of vegetable oil to 375 F in a deep fryer. Cut 2 chicken breast fillets into 6 pieces each. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk and 1 egg.
To bread the chicken, dip it into the egg mixture, then the flour mixture, and repeat the process so the chicken is breaded twice. Chill the breaded chicken for 15 minutes, then fry in the hot oil for 5 to 6 minutes, or until browned. While the chicken fries, combine 1/4 cup of hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of margarine in a saucepan, and stir over low heat until the margarine melts. Toss the fried chicken with the hot sauce, and serve.
