How Do You Get a Copy of Ruby Tuesday Recipes?


Ruby Tuesday does not make its recipes freely available to the public, but Todd Wilbur offers copycat recipes for Ruby Tuesday and other popular chain restaurants at his website Wilbur allows sells a series of cookbooks, including “Top Secret Recipes Step-by-Step” and “Top Secret Recipes Unlocked,” that replicate chain restaurant recipes.

Ruby Tuesday copycat recipes at include sides and appetizers, such as creamy mashed cauliflower, potato cheese soup and queso dip, and entrees and desserts, such as Sonora chicken pasta, Thai Phoon shrimp and strawberry tall-cake.

One free recipe on the website is a copycat version of Ruby Tuesday’s apple salad. To make this salad, first combine 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Dice a Granny Smith apple and a gala or Fuji apple and add these to the dressing mixture. To the apples, add 1/2 cup of dried cranberries, 1/3 cup of chopped pecans and 1/4 cup of minced celery. Stir these ingredients to fully combine. Refrigerate the apple salad in an airtight container for three to four hours, and then serve. This recipe serves six and has 140 calories per serving.
