Fully cooked ham requires 20 to 30 minutes of cooking time per pound in an oven heated to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. A 5- to 7-pound leg of lamb requires 15 to 20 minutes per pound to cook the lamb to medium-rare at 325 degrees F.

Pork tenderloin requires cooking for 45 minutes to one hour per pound at 425 to 450 degrees F or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 140 degrees F. Chicken requires frying for 10 to 12 minutes per side in oil heated to 325 degrees F or until the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 180 degrees F.
