  • 1/2 cup softened butter

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions

  3. Add peanut butter and eggs. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well blended. Set aside.
  4. In separate mixing bowl, whisk sifted all-purpose flower, baking soda, baking powder and salt together using vigorous strokes to ensure all ingredients are mixed evenly.

  6. Gather the cookie dough into a ball. Wrap the dough ball in plastic food wrap.
