To make flourless peanut butter-chocolate chip cookies, beat together 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Fold in 1 cup of semisweet chocolate morsels, and dollop cookie dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake the cookies at 350 F for 12 to 14 minutes.

Fold in 2 cups of chocolate chips or chopped walnuts, and dollop the dough onto a greased, parchment-lined cookie sheet using a teaspoon cookie scoop. After 30 minutes, bake the cookies at 350 F for 10 minutes.
To make flourless peanut butter and jelly cookies, beat together 1 cup of all-natural peanut butter and 1 cup of sugar, and then mix in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Roll the dough into balls, and place them on a greased baking sheet. Indent the cookies in the middle, and fill them with fruit preserves. Bake the cookies at 350 F for 12 minutes.
