To cook using a NuWave oven, place fresh or frozen food onto the oven rack, select the power level, set the timer and press Start. When the oven beeps, the food is done cooking.
The NuWave oven eliminates the need for defrosting and preheating using a combination of conduction, convection and infrared heating. The oven also prepares food up to 50 percent faster than a conventional oven, so be careful not to overcook the contents. Use the device to broil, steam BBQ, bake, grill, dehydrate or roast a variety of food items, and place food on multiple racks to save cooking time. Also use the oven to reheat leftovers while retaining flavor and moisture. The oven is automatically set to high heat, so only change it for foods that require lower temperatures.
The NuWave oven operates using roughly 15 percent of the energy that a conventional oven uses while the triple-heating method produces even and thorough cooking. When finished cooking, wipe down the parts or place them in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Every part except for the power head is dishwasher safe. The oven requires no ventilation and produces no smoke or open flames, so it can be used in a variety of settings such as patios, boats, RVs, dorm rooms and commercial trucks.
