To make apple-chicken salad, start by boiling 2 cups of chicken stock, and then simmering the broth for two minutes. Add 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, salt and pepper to the broth, and cook for 14 minutes. Remove the chicken after making sure it is completely cooked.
