Chicken bouillon is a type of dehydrated stock which is very similar to chicken broth. Broth is made from the strained water that is used to cook meats and vegetables, and stock is made the same way but cooked more slowly.
Chicken bouillon is made in granules and cubes. Bouillon dissolves in boiling water to create a stock. Stock has a more intense flavor than broth.
Bouillon cubes and granules are available in chicken, beef, vegetable and vegan flavors. Bouillon is more salty than broth and stock.
