Whip together some chocolate trifle dessert by first baking 1 package of brownie mix according to the directions on the box. While the brownies cool, add 1/2 cup of water and 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk to 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix. Stir in 8 ounces of whipped topping until thoroughly combined. In the bottom of a glass serving bowl or trifle container, place a layer of brownies cut into chunks, layer on half of the chocolate pudding mixture, and add 4 ounces of whipped topping. Repeat the layers, and garnish with shaved chocolate.
Make chicken Caesar pasta salad by cooking 1 pound of penne pasta in lightly salted water, and draining the pasta. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet, and cook 6 cubed boneless skinless chicken breast halves at medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt before removing from heat. Toss the chicken, pasta and 1 head of shredded romaine lettuce in a bowl with 1 8-ounce bottle of Caesar salad dressing, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with 1 chopped tomato, croutons and Parmesan curls.
