There are several simple substitutes for Worcestershire sauce. Worcestershire sauce can be replaced with soy sauce, steak sauce, liquid smoke, red wine vinegar mixed with a dash of salt and fish sauce, or 1/4 teaspoon of sugar mixed with seven drops of jalapeño sauce.
