Rotten meat is a very unpleasant smell, but a good cleaning with some water, vinegar and baking soda will get rid of it. Bacteria causes the smell, so getting rid of the source removes the problem.
First, remove all of the contents of the refrigerator, throwing away any expired products or anything has been contaminated by the bad meat. Next, remove all drawers and shelves and wash the inside of the fridge with a mixture of vinegar and water. Soak the shelves and drawers in the bathtub with some vinegar.
Remove any vinegar lingering in the inside of the fridge with a damp cloth and rinse off the shelves and drawers. If the smell persists, give everything a good scrub with some baking soda and water, then rinse it all off.
