Baked Swai Fillet

- 12 ounces swai fillets
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon juice
- Ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2: If using frozen fillets, thaw before using. Completely thaw by placing the fillets in a bowl of cool water, or by placing them in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After thawed, or if fresh, rinse off the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.Step 3: Lightly coat a shallow baking dish with vegetable oil and place the fish in the pan. Season the fillets with the butter, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.Step 4: Bake the fillets until they are opaque throughout, about 6 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve.
