Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Once combined, add the flour mixture, plus 3/4 cup each of toffee bits and butterscotch chips. Roll the cookies into balls and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for about 7 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
