As of March 2015, one of the recipes available on MrFood.com is bacon and egg macaroni salad. To make this salad, cook 1 pound of elbow macaroni in boiling water for seven to nine minutes. Drain and rinse the macaroni. Place the cooled macaroni in a bowl with eight chopped hard-boiled eggs, 1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 cup chopped celery and 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. Also add 2 cups mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon black pepper. Refrigerate the macaroni salad for at least an hour before serving.
Another recipe available is for cauliflower flat bread, which calls for microwaving one chopped cauliflower covered for five minutes, until soft. Blend the cooled cauliflower in a food processor to get a texture similar to mashed potatoes. Mix together cauliflower, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, two beaten eggs, two cloves minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon each onion powder and Italian seasoning. Also add 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Spread the cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and top with an additional 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
