The official Hellmann's website features the recipe for Hellmann's Creamy Hot Artichoke Dip. To make, preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain and chop a 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, and add them to a 1-quart casserole dish with 1 cup of Hellmann's mayonnaise.
Add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 clove of finely chopped garlic to the casserole dish. Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined. Bake the dip uncovered in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until it is heated all the way through. Serve with bread, crackers, vegetables or any desired crudités.
There are also a number of easy variations for the basic artichoke dip. For instance, add 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to make Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke Dip. Cook and squeeze dry a 10-ounce package of frozen spinach, and stir it into the dip to make Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Alternatively, omit the Parmesan cheese and add 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese along with a 4-ounce can of diced green chilies, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin and a dash of hot sauce to make a tasty Mexican Artichoke Dip.
