Bisquick pancake recipes are available at BettyCrocker.com, About.com and Tablespoon.com. Besides traditional pancakes, Bisquick can be used to make pumpkin pancakes, cinnamon bun pancakes, bacon cheddar pancake bites, potato pancakes and lemon poppy seed pancakes.
To make traditional Bisquick pancakes, combine 2 cups Original Bisquick mix, 1 cup of milk and 2 eggs until well blended. If thinner pancakes are desired, increase the milk to 1 1/2 cups. Heat a griddle or skillet to medium-high heat and grease with oil, shortening or cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle, and cook until the edges appear dry. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown.
