Nabisco does not, nor has it ever made flat raisin cookies. Sunshine Foods produced the cookies nearly two decades ago. A similar cookie is made by Crawford's, called the Garibaldi raisin biscuit.
The flat raisin cookies made by Sunshine, which were called golden raisin biscuits, were dropped from production in 1996 when Sunshine was acquired by Keebler. Although golden raisin biscuits have been out of production for nearly 20 years, consumers continue to search for them as of 2015. The Garibaldi raisin biscuit made by Crawford's, which is the most similar cookie in production today, can be found at several online retailers, but rarely on store shelves.
