Before making the pizza crescent rolls, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Open the can of crescent dough by lightly tapping it on the counter. Remove the dough, and separate it into rectangles, which are two of the crescent triangles.
Add about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce to each rectangle. Canned pizza sauce works or fresh can be made using tomato paste and a variety of Italian seasonings. Spread the sauce to the edge of the crescent. Add as few or as many pepperoni slices to each rectangle as preferred. Browned hamburger or sausage may also be used. Make supreme crescent pizza rolls using a variety of meats.
Add approximately 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese to each crescent roll or more if desired. Fold the rectangles into the triangle shapes that they were meant to be in when opened. Use a fork to press the edges together and keep the filling inside.
Brush the top of each crescent with melted butter, if desired, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 15 minutes or until brown. Serve them while they are still warm.
