- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick or other biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Combine the Bisquick and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Mix in the egg and milk with a beater. Bakers can also substitute some of the milk for sour cream for a thicker, richer coffee cake.
Step 4: Coat the blueberries with some flour or biscuit mix to keep the batter from turning blue. Stir the blueberries into the batter.
