Ener-G is a company that makes 18 types of bread that cater to multiple allergies, including wheat and gluten intolerance. Ener-G bread is available at conventional grocery stores. Glutino is known for its four types of preservative-free bread. It is commonly sold in health food stores. Kinnikinnick Foods produces 12 different types of gluten-free breads, including two yeast-free breads. Their breads are processed in a nut-free facility and include white, honey brown rice, tapioca and festival breads.
Whole Foods Gluten-Free Bakehouse produces a few types of gluten-free bread, including honey oat bread, prairie bread, sun-dried tomato and roasted garlic bread, sandwich bread and corn bread. These breads are available in select Whole Foods supermarkets.
