The Metemgee site has a meatless variation of a traditional New Year's recipe for cook-up rice. The dish features black-eyed peas, chick peas and kidney beans. The page also has a recipe for pepperpot, a beef stew typically served on Christmas morning. Inner Gourmet's site organizes its many Guyanese recipes into categories such as breads, appetizers, soups, vegetables, seafood and desserts. The recipe pages have accompanying photographs.
