The portion guide available on WebMD lists a variety of foods in each of the food groups. Each food is listed next to the imperial measurement for one serving, and an object for portion size comparison. For example, one serving of tofu is equal to 3 ounces. Three ounces of tofu is approximately the size of a deck of cards.
The portion guide on the dairy council of California website lists serving sizes in ounce measurements with parts of the hand as a visual size guide. For example, a 1-1/2 ounce serving of cheese is roughly the size of an adult's pointer finger.
