The Kraft recipe requires 3 cups of cooked and cooled rotini pasta, 6 slices of chopped smoked white turkey, 2 cups of small broccoli florets, 1 cup of Kraft non-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of sliced red onions, 1/2 of cup chopped red peppers, 1/2 cup of chopped black olives, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 3/4 cup of Kraft fat-free Italian Dressing. Combine the ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss the salad lightly. Refrigerate the salad for several hours.
The Food Network recipe requires the same preparation, but includes 1/2 of teaspoon salt, 1 pound of cooked and cooled bow-tie pasta, 1 cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 cups of sliced cherry tomatoes, a 4-ounce can of sliced and drained mushrooms,
2/3 cup of pitted kalamata olives, 1/2 of a diced green bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper and grated Parmesan to top the salad.Learn more about Cooking
