Jamie Oliver provides a simple and quick flatbread recipe that requires flour, baking powder, yogurt, salt, garlic, butter and herbs. It is recommended to serve alongside soup, fresh salad or with homemade dip.
To make Jamie Oliver's easy flatbread recipe for 12 people, mix 350 grams of self-raising flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 350 grams of natural yogurt and a pinch of sea salt. Also add 2 gloves of garlic, 40 grams of butter and any preferred soft herbs, such as parsley, basil or dill. Dust workspace and tip out dough, then continue to kneed it for approximately 1 minute. Put the dough into a flour-dusted bowl, cover with a plate, then leave aside.
Once finished making the dough, roll out 12 separate pieces, then cook them on high heat in a griddle pan. Cook each side for 1 to 2 minutes each. Additionally, brush with garlic butter for added taste.
