Chi-Chi's Tex-Mex Restaurant and Bar serves Tex-Mex cuisine, as of 2015. Sample dishes include fajitas, tacos, hamburgers, quesadillas and nachos, generally with a choice of protein, fillings and sauces. The company also offers an all-you-can-eat buffet with both hot and cold items, and a kids menu for ages 12 and under. Alcoholic cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks and desserts are offered as well. The full menu is available at Chichis.be/menu.html.
Other menu items at Chi-Chi's restaurant include salsa, tortilla chips, baby back ribs, wraps and salads. The kids menu includes French fries, ice cream and a choice of burrito, chicken fingers, fish sticks, ribs or a burger. Available cocktails include pina colada, strawberry daiquiri, mojitos and a wide selection of margaritas. Other alcoholic beverages include Corona beer, Mystic beers, Merlot, Chardonnay and Gallo Zinfandel. The dessert menu includes Mexican fried ice cream, chocolate lava cake, chocolate mousse, Costa Rica ice and sorbet.
Chi-Chi's restaurant exited the North American market in 2004, but restaurants operated by Tumbleweed Restaurants remain open in Belgium, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait. For this reason, online menus generally cite prices in currencies other than American dollars. In the United States, the Chi-Chi's brand survives as a line of grocery items distributed by Hormel Foods. The line includes tortillas, sauces, seasoned meats and salsas.
